Vivienda t�pica cubana del principio de la primera mitad del siglo XX de estilo e influencia neocl�sica, aunque posee una distribuci�n especial de sus aposentos basados en el siglo XIX. La misma presenta un patio interior y otro en la parte posterior de la vivienda, la primera cruj�a posee una cubierta de tejas inclinada a dos aguas, presenta dos arcos de medio punto que dividen el espacio interior de la sala logrando que tenga una decoraci�n adecuada a esa �poca, teniendo dos habitaciones para rentar decoradas con las influencias y tradiciones de la cultura trinitaria as� como el uso de las terrazas para un aprovechamiento del sol y el recreo.

La casa tiene 2 habitaciones con ba�o privado, aire acondicionado, agua fr�a y caliente las 24 horas, servicio electricidad 220 V, refrigerador; decoradas con colores claros y arm�nicos aut�ctonos de nuestra cultura y un mobiliario acogedor para una feliz estancia en la misma. Tambi�n presenta una vista panor�mica de toda la ciudad y las monta�as.
